What you’ll be doing...
The Director of Indirect Sales Partnerships is responsible for driving the strategy and execution of Agents & Principles to drive revenue growth and market penetration. This role will oversee partnerships, reseller programs and alliances to expand the company’s reach through third-party partners.
Developing and managing key relationships with HQ Agent Partners, ensuring performance targets are met and Verizon’s brand and values are effectively represented.
Driving HQ Agent Partners sales to meet and exceed revenue goals by optimizing partner networks and ensuring partners are well-equipped with the necessary resources and support.
Collaborating closely with internal teams including marketing, direct sales, and product development to ensure alignment and maximize the success of the indirect sales program.
Working closely with the Indirect Operations team in designing, implementing partner programs, including incentives, marketing support, sales training, and resources to help partners successfully sell Verizon's products and services.
Analyzing market trends, competition, and partner performance to adjust strategies and improve partner success. Provide regular performance reports and insight to senior leadership.
Ensuring expectations are being met, give clear direction, and hold Indirect Agents accountable and responsible for driving revenue and increasing results.
Producing and presenting creative, compelling proposals, presentations, and business reviews to accomplish Verizon’s key initiatives.
Creating and implementing action plans as needed.
Stakeholdering with Indirect agents and Verizon market leaders to ensure the success of our Indirect retailers.
This position will report to either of the following Sr. Directors in Indirect Partnerships: Sal Finelli, Valerie Ann Scrivanich, Joe Gallo, Rob Davis, or Kristine Christopherson.
This position will require in office days of Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday and will be required to be in the field.

You have high attention to details and work effectively under time constraints to deliver results by critical deadlines.
You’ll need to have:
Ten or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.
4 years of relevant work experience in a sales or commission-based structure.
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
3+ years of people management experience and growing & developing teams preferred.
Experience presenting to and interacting with executives, up to and including C-level.
Willingness to travel up to approximately 50% of the time.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
Proven track record of building positive relationships with clients and internal partners for mutual success.
Demonstrated strength in data driven analytics and decision making.
Demonstrated experience successfully managing multiple dynamic priorities simultaneously.
Experience driving results in a commissions-based environment.
The ability to conduct meetings and train others how to manage complex relationships and sales/customer experience engagements, while successfully selling complete solutions by differentiating the Verizon brand from the competition.
In-depth understanding of and experience with Wireless and Wireline products, services, processes, and systems.
Proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment, while balancing multiple, highly complex, cross-functional projects/initiatives of varying priority.

If you are hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, Washington or Washington, D.C. work location, the compensation range for this position is between $92,000.00 and $171,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is a commission based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
