What you’ll be doing...
Marketing Automation is the Verizon strategic program reimagining our ways of working with marketing automation and AI-powered operations. This program allows our internal working teams to automate our manual processes, integrate with key platforms to increase efficiency, and to personalize our day-to-day to more quickly track, manage, and deploy projects at scale. Powered by Adobe Workfront, Marketing Automation is able to make measurable and actionable impacts through its integrative and dynamic streamlining capabilities.
As a digital marketing consultant, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the future of Workfront adoption by providing strategic support for our training and communications initiatives.
Your primary responsibilities will be building and maintaining our program’s Google site. You will also be responsible for all training and communications functions, structure and technology. Your expertise will be instrumental in reimagining the usability and interface of the Marketing Automation internal support site, ensuring a seamless and intuitive learning experience for all users.
Proficiency in Adobe Workfront is necessary, as you will be expected to use this system daily to review training and communication requests with internal teams and key stakeholders, ensuring that projects are on track and addressing any potential issues promptly. Your ability to think strategically, communicate effectively, and manage multiple tasks will be key to your success in this role.
Responsibilities include:
Assisting in the development and distribution of training materials, including presentations, manuals, Job Aids, and e-learning content.
Coordinating and scheduling training sessions, webinars, office hours and workshops for Workfront end users.
Providing logistical support for training events, including room or/and Webex setup, equipment coordination, and participant registration.
Collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with organizational goals.
Facilitating internal communication efforts by drafting, editing, and distributing emails, and other communication materials.
Gathering and analyzing feedback from training participants to improve future sessions.
Maintaining and updating the Marketing Automation internal support page with relevant training and communication resources.
Developing visually appealing, user-friendly web interfaces for our support site,and offer expert technical support for troubleshooting and issue resolution.
What we’re looking for...
You’ll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
Four or more years of relevant work experience.
Experience handling multiple tasks/initiatives simultaneously, and ensuring timely and successful completion.
Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
Experience with building Google sites.
Working knowledge of Adobe Workfront.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and experience with design tools.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across geographically distributed teams, as well as strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Self-starter who provides thoughtful recommendations and solutions.
Advanced certifications or training in graphic design programs such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign
Experience with digital marketing strategies, including social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
Proficiency in programs such as MS Office, GSuite, Slack, Jira, etc..

Where you’ll be working
In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and a minimum eight assigned office days per month that will be set by your manager.
