What you’ll be doing...
We're seeking a dynamic communications leader to join our team of marketing and communications professionals as a Senior Manager, Channel Marketing and Communications, National. As the Senior Manager, Channel Marketing and Communications, National, you will be the driving force behind developing and implementing comprehensive marketing and communications strategies that equip our frontline sales teams with the essential information they need to drive growth. You will have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, collaborating and brainstorming to create innovative and impactful campaigns.
This role demands a deep understanding of market dynamics, a collaborative spirit, and an innovative approach to communications. You will need to be able to think strategically and creatively, developing compelling narratives that resonate with our target audience. You will also need to be adept at using a variety of communication channels to reach our audience effectively. You will have a proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing and communications campaigns. You will be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure. Key responsibilities:
Developing communications plans designed to inform, engage, and motivate frontline sales leaders to deliver on their sales objectives.
Collaborating with local market teams on holistic communications strategy.
Guiding and supporting the development of market-specific channel marketing campaigns and sales launch plans as needed.
Fostering strong relationships with cross-functional teams at the national level.
Facilitating knowledge sharing and best practice exchange among markets.
Driving collaboration and alignment between national and market-level teams.
Establishing a feedback loop to gather insights and learnings from each market’s campaigns and launches.
Analyzing data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimize future strategies.
Sharing learnings and best practices across all markets to continuously enhance campaign effectiveness.
Monitoring market performance regularly and adjusting strategies as needed.
Providing ongoing guidance and support to market-level teams.
Staying informed on industry trends and best practices in channel marketing and communications.
Contributing to the development and evolution of the national and market-level strategy.
*In this role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days (VCG in office days are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday)
What we’re looking for...
You are an advertising junkie. You are up on all the latest campaigns. You get inspiration from all the media you ingest. Understanding consumers and what they want is a serious game for you. You are strategic and a big picture problem solver but understand what it takes to get all the details right.
You’ll need to have:
Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience or specialized training.
Developed and implemented marketing communications plans.
Experience in communications, communications strategy, or internal marketing.
Experience in visual communication techniques and applications.
Proven ability to foster and manage strategic partnerships.
Willingness to travel up to approximately 25% of the time.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
A Master's degree
Experience working creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in retail marketing strategy.
Experience in front-line sales.
Experience working with executives and the ability to deliver and support executive requirements.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and a minimum eight assigned office days per month that will be set by your manager.
