What you’ll be doing...
At Verizon, we do much more than sell technology. We deliver game changing solutions that enhance the agility, productivity and global reach of the businesses we work with. You will initiate, drive and lead the overall innovation strategy for manufacturing clients of Verizon Business Group in the Nordic region. You will work closely with executive level leaders (C and VP level) to establish joint partnerships on Industry 4.0 and Digital Transformation.
Responsibilities:
Drive strategic growth of our business with organisations in the Nordic region.
Provide guidance and thought leadership to large businesses, on how to solve industry challenges and gain edge through the application of the entire Verizon Business portfolio, alongside cutting-edge ecosystem partners.
Lead teams of solution architects, adoption specialists and deal experts to drive development of opportunities.
Work in partnership with our Client Partners and Regional Sales Leaders to create, guide and execute sales opportunities through strategic advanced solutions.
Sell the value of solutions through a highly consultative and forward thinking approach.
Developing and delivering cutting edge solutions to our customers.
What we’re looking for...
Experience in sales or business development leadership, gained whilst working within a global technology company.
Experience of working with large enterprises involved in manufacturing.
Proven ability to create engagement with c-level executives, and the creation of greenfield sales opportunities.
Experience of leading cross-functional teams as well as technology eco-system partners.
Proven ability to align value propositions to stakeholder's objectives (guiding account strategy, demonstrating business impact/ROI etc.)
Experience that includes the successful conversion of new opportunities into business.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
Experience of developing a pipeline strategy for manufacturing clients.
Experience of thought leadership and speaking at manufacturing industry events.
Strong knowledge of Enterprise Information and Operational Technology (IT and OT).
Experience of working in manufacturing operations or consulting.
Knowledge of effective financial modelling and projections.
Consistency in achievement of funnel growth and driving pipeline conversion.
Active participation in industry affiliated groups.
Proven ability to orchestrate and describe large, complex technical solutions.
Experience of leveraging market intelligence to perform competitor and ecosystem analysis.
