What you'll be doing:
Lead in directing and executing the design of creative assets as outlined in creative briefs.
Providing creative direction on small- and large-scale projects from creative conception to completion.
Brainstorming and planning with the creative team to develop creative direction with a focus on adhering to brand guidelines
Translating rough ideas into visual prototypes to illustrate concepts for creative reviews to further build out brand guidelines.
Recommending, researching and developing imagery to support creative strategy and execution.
Collaborating with designers to artfully build creative solutions that address specific project objectives.
Directing and accounting for the final development and production of brand assets to ensure consistency and overall creative excellence.
In addition to visual identity, developing verbal identities (inclusive of voice, editorial styling, naming, etc.) to further push the brand.
Ensuring brand guidelines and directives are embraced and adhered to in all executions.
Supporting leadership and help build a unified team mindset.
You’ll need to have:
Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.
On set lifestyle and product art direction experience.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
Eight or more years relevant work experience in brand and/or design.
Strong skills in Adobe CC.
Equally great taste crafting image-based and typographic solutions.
Strong presentation skills, stating opinions clearly while verbally describing visual concepts.
Experience building iconic brands, working within established principles, but also pushing the boundaries of the brand.
Flexibility accommodating changing priorities, deadlines and directions.
Utmost respect for the overall direction and the details.
Strong time and project management skills to ensure work is completed on time, on budget, and on strategy.
External or in-house advertising, or design agency experience.
Where you’ll be working
In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and a minimum eight assigned office days per month that will be set by your manager.
