What you’ll be doing...
You’ll lead a world-class team of solutions architects with security and communication subject matter expertise. The team is set on changing the world and empowering our customers to do the same. You’ll play a vital role in driving our business performance, growing the capability of your team, and ensuring that nothing gets in the way of achieving success.
Develop and implement sales strategies to grow and acquire new business.
Establish, grow, and maintain positive relationships and/or partnerships with internal and external customers.
Drive and track team performance to achieve sales goals.
Inspire individual and team performance through on-going training, development, coaching, recognition, and rewards.
Collaborate with our product organization to ensure that our portfolio addresses emerging client needs.
Project Verizon thought leadership with clients and at industry events.

You are a strong communicator and inspirational leader who knows how to get the best from your team. You drive hard for results while motivating and building team confidence to achieve even more than they thought possible. Your executive presence and willingness to learn enables you to build credibility and critical relationships quickly. You have a competitive spirit and a desire to win through the team.
You’ll need to have:
Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
Willigness to travel.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
A Master’s degree.
A track record of strong sales results. Ideally, individually and as a team.
Prospecting, funnel management and account management skills.
Business planning and proposal writing experience.
Managed competing priorities with tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Demonstrated interpersonal, negotiation, and closing skills.
