What you’ll be doing...

  • Support Project, Program or Portfolio managers in providing strategic Insights by establishing efficient and effective project management capabilities using proven PMO standards, processes and tools

  • Setup and improve the PMO processes, including definition of reporting standards, procedures for project, program and portfolio governance and day-to-day management

  • Manage program and project administration, including but not limited to governance & reporting , financial and resource tracking ,as well as managing risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies

  • Work out Consolidated project, program or portfolio information, enabling decision makers to steer, monitor and control the program

  • Process documentation and facilitation of knowledge sharing

  • Develop Macros to automate reports and preparation of routine and ad hoc reports

  • Analyze Complex Data sets and derive Insights

  • Develop and maintain all performance Dashboards and prepare reports to be submitted to leadership team

  • Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.

  • Gather data and track program metrics and KPI’s

  • Hands-on approach to work, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for the tasks

  • Ability to manage priorities , meet deadlines and work well with in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment

  • Excellent Collaboration skills and ability to work in a team environment

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.

What we’re looking for…

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree with two or more years of experience

  • Two or more years of relevant work experience.

  • knowledge of Google suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google sheets), Bluejeans and excellent skills at MS office (Powerpoint, Excel)

  • Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills

  • Keen process focus, ability to organize diverse activities into structured processes and a system orientation

  • Ability to function in matrix Orgs, multiple stakeholders with an adaptive mindset to cross-culturual sensitivities.

  • Creating reports and dashboards, milestone tracking and systems updates, stakeholder coordination and scheduling.

  • Experience in Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and produce useful reports and insights.

  • Experience in delivering recurring and ad-hoc reports as per schedule with utmost quality

  • Effectively translate and interpret insights into Executive presentations enabling leadership and stakeholders with data driven insights and trends

  • Continue to Innovate and bring incremental process improvements wherever possible

Even better if you have any one of the following:

  • Experience in working as a PMO at a portfolio level and deriving insights from raw data

  • Experience in creating automated dashboards using Excel/tools.
