What you’ll be doing...

We seek a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to lead, coordinate and execute complex projects across our State and Local Government teams. The Sr. Project Manager will play a critical role in managing and executing strategic initiatives, optimizing workflows, and ensuring seamless alignment between multiple internal and external teams. This role requires experience in project management within a large-scale customer portfolio focusing on meeting key performance metrics, enhancing operational efficiencies, and driving successful outcomes.

· Providing governance to multiple work groups and project towers

· Overseeing highly complex programs

· Serving as the primary executive point of contact to customers

· Leading business critical projects to successful completion across multiple custom product towers and functional areas

· Communicating & translating functional/operational goals into team goals

· Providing executive governance of complex customer transition programs from development to Implementation

· Responsible for satisfying customer expectations on ROI, product quality and timely delivery

· Leading, integrating and managing cross-functional projects.

· Developing comprehensive project plans, including objectives, timelines, resources, and key milestones.

· Coordinating with stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.

· Partnering with leadership to align project goals with business objectives, ensuring strategic alignment across all teams.

· Identifying and implementing process improvements that enhance operational efficiencies and drive growth.

· Serving as the primary liaison between the client, internal teams, external stakeholders, and senior leadership, ensuring transparent communication and collaboration.

· Providing regular project updates, performance reports, and insights to leadership to guide data-driven decision-making.

· Identifying project risks and develop mitigation strategies to proactively address potential issues.

· Resolving complex project-related challenges and employ problem-solving skills and cross-functional coordination to overcome obstacles.

· Monitoring and reporting on project performance using KPIs to assess impact and identify areas for improvement

You’ll need to have:

  • Eight or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.

  • Demonstrated experience in partnering with strategic sales channels, consumer sales, marketing, and operations.

  • Demonstrated experience in establishing and cultivating cross-functional partnerships. Experience managing large complex projects involving multiple work streams and stakeholders.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • A degree

  • PMP or similar certification

  • Proven ability to create effective short- and long-term operational strategies.

  • Exceptional skills in creating executive-level presentations.

  • Ability to work under pressure on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

  • Expert in communications - verbal and written.

  • Strategic and analytical ability; skilled at collecting and analyzing data to make appropriate process/business decisions/recommendations.

  • Self-starter who learns and adapts quickly to new systems, software and hardware.

  • Excellent organization and time-management skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to deal with conflict and bring about resolution.

  • Ability to think strategically and analytically.

  • Proven ability to interact with all levels of management

  • Strong management skills with experience managing remote teams.

  • Ability to organize around a problem and engage various teams to solve the challenge.

  • Prior experience with developing executive-level deliverables (VP/SVP level).

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and a minimum eight assigned office days per month that will be set by your manager.

If you are hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Maryland, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, Washington or Washington, D.C. work location, the compensation range for this position is between $116,000.00 and $215,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
