Job Description
THE GOAL
The aim of the Partnership Assistant position is to support the sourcing, selection and training of our franchisees. This is a critical role within our local team. This role provides comprehensive support to the Partnership Manager in the administrative and back office duties related to new points of sales openings and assist franchisees with all the preopening procedures that might also include cooperation with other departments colleagues such as logistics & supply chain, finance administration.
WHAT YOU DO
You support in the research and identify new networks, communities and methods of attracting suitable franchisees for our points of sales.
You create talent banks for potential franchise partners for our kiosks
You support in the update of the database of all kiosk locations.
You support the partnership manager with contract creation and filing
You coordinate and ensure our Franchise partners receive the correct induction training in line with our standards
Support the partnership manager to ensure new Partners training is tracked and signed off correctly.
You support your local team in the planning and delivery of successful openings of new points of sales.
You support in the planning and organising of events (select venues, catering etc.) and meetings for franchise partners, every year we get our local team and Franchise Partners together at annual summits.

WHO YOU ARE
· Experience in recruitment, training, sales would be beneficial
· Ability to effectively multi-task within a fast-paced environment
Constantly curious to learn new things and to find new ways of finding franchise partners
Positively passionate about our Brand and able to share that enthusiasm with our potential franchise partners
· Ability to work collaboratively as part of a highly productive team while also capable of autonomous working
· 'Fluent in English & French (both spoken and written). Any additional Asian language skills are highly advantageous'
· Reliable and efficient with meticulous attention to detail
· Knowledge of Asian culture and cuisine is an advantage
