Job Description

WHAT THEY DO

  • CONTROL - controlling the process of payment for the organisation's services or products, and making sure that payments are received and paid promptly and efficiently
  • Liaise with the retailers to get the sales data to be able to invoice accurately and without dispute
  • Ensure partners are paid on time and in full
  • Collect payments from partners on time and in full
  • Ensure all supplier payments are made on time and in full
  • ad hoc analysis and documentations for the monthly financial reviews
  • use ERP (MS D365 FO) and support the development of dashboards on PowerBI.
  • Preparation of bank payments
  • Booking bank statements
  • Support in the preparation of month end closing Invoicing

WHO THEY ARE


Previous experience in a similar credit controller position
Excellent advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI and of ERP systems (preferably MS D365 FO)

Proven analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to build own processes.

Fluent in English, Dutch & French (both spoken and written).

Reliable and efficient with meticulous attention to detail

Good organisational skills

Highly result oriented, proactive, and able to balance multiple priorities simultaneously.

Excellent communications skills
