About the Role

As a Talent Sourcer at Boomi, you will play a vital role in finding and attracting the best sales talent in the industry. You will collaborate closely with our recruiters and hiring managers to build pipelines of high-quality candidates for our roles. Your creativity and market insights will help us stay ahead in a competitive talent landscape. This is a fixed term contract.

What You Will Do

  • Strategic Sourcing: Proactively source passive candidates for high-impact roles in Direct Sales, Sales Development, Partner & Alliances, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Professional Services, Marketing, Systems Engineering, Product, etc across the EMEA region.
  • Innovative Outreach: Leverage creative sourcing strategies, including Boolean searches, talent mapping, and social networking, to engage top talent.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct market research to uncover trends, provide competitive insights, and identify key talent pools.
  • Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Collaboration: Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with hiring goals.
  • Diversity Focus: Drive inclusive sourcing efforts to ensure a diverse slate of candidates for every role.

What You Bring

  • Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in sourcing or lead generation, particularly for Tech Sales, Customer Success, or Solutions Engineering roles.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency with recruiting tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Boolean searches) and sourcing platforms such as Gem, Hireez.
  • Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the variety of EMEA talent markets and particularly the German-speaking talent landscape.
  • Results-Oriented: Proven success in sourcing for complex and high-priority roles, ideally in a fast-growing tech company.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in German and English is essential.
  • Collaboration: A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
  • Adaptability: Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
