Essential Requirements

• Experience mentoring team members in their professional growth

• Experience with agile and lean development practices, metrics driven governance

• Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale event driven systems, microservices or distributed systems

• Experience with test automation, CI/CD, and DevOps principles as core deliverables

• Experience developing and maintaining large scale software systems in production

• Written and verbal communication skills, including one on ones with team members, and asynchronous communication with other teams.

• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Desirable Requirements

• 7+ years experience in software development

• 2+ years experience in people leadership

• Familiarity with streaming technologies such as Kafka, Pulsar or similar platforms

• Familiarity with Integration platforms, Application and Data Integration.

• Experience in event-driven architectures and stream processing platforms
