Join us as an Agile Coach/Facilitator on our Product & Engineering Operations team in India to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.

What you’ll achieve

As an Agile Coach/Facilitator, you will work with members of the Software Engineering and Product Management teams. You will:

• Listen and explore challenges with teams to evolve best practices for the organization.
• Define and document agile and other Engineering practices and standards.
• Develop and teach agile training classes and workshops that can be taught in person or remotely.
• Guide and educate the teams on agile principles and practices in workshop settings, one on one, and in the moment.
• Instill lean thinking and continuous improvement mindsets

The goal is for you to:

• Take a data driven approach to determining areas of improvement for Engineering agile teams
• Coach multiple agile teams and the supporting environments, so that they steadily mature in terms of technical capabilities, agile practices, and organizational agility
• Mentor teams and managers to help them become self-sufficient and capable of sustaining the team and environment after you have moved on
• Facilitate communication and collaboration within and among teams to help align objectives to deliver products and services.

Essential Requirements

• 8+ years in a Scrum Master, Kanban Lead, or Agile Coach role in a software development environment
• Ability to communicate effectively, in both written and verbal formats, with team members and leadership
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills with high levels of emotional intelligence
• Ability to drive and lead organizational change in a dynamic environment
• Ability to work with, influence successfully, and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members
• Demonstrates the use of sound coaching plans to address team and individual needs; embody effective teaching/mentoring /coaching skills; demonstrates the ability to coach in the moment.

Desirable Requirements

• Certified Scrum Professional ScrumMaster certification
• Experience using Jira, Jira Product Discovery, and Confluence or similar software
• Apptio Target Process experience a plus
