How You'll Make An Impact:
We are seeking a Strategic Advisor, Channel and Presales Shared Services, to oversee a broad scope of strategic operations, including program management for our India-based resources, channel technical program enablement, partner management for joint bidding and proposals, and proposal management for large, high-impact opportunities. This role is critical to ensuring that Boomi remains agile and efficient across multiple facets of its business, supporting internal teams, partners, and strategic clients.
As a Strategic Advisor, Program Management, you will drive cross-functional initiatives, executive updates, optimize workflows, and ensure that both global and regional teams are aligned in their approach to delivering top-tier proposals and solutions to clients. You will also play a key role in managing the co-bidding process with partners, leveraging resources from our India shared services team, and ensuring that our proposal management strategy is aligned with overall business goals. What You'll Do:
Program Management for India-Based Resources:
- Oversee program activities for Boomi's India shared services team, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and alignment with global strategic priorities.
- Collaborate closely with regional and technical teams to ensure the India-based resources are effectively utilized for technical builds and demo systems support.
- Facilitate ongoing communication between the India team and global stakeholders to ensure smooth operations, timely deliverables, and optimized performance.
Channel Technical Program Enablement
- Oversee the creation and maintenance for our Channel Technical Program, including resource allocation, activity tracking, and partner scoring
- Aligning with Sales and Partner Enablement to codeliver best in breed partner onboarding and enablement
- Driving custom paths for our G/SI, ISV, and OEM partners
Partner Management & Co-Bidding:
- Manage partnerships with key global systems integrators (G/SI) and independent software vendors (ISVs) to support joint bidding efforts and proposal submissions.
- Coordinate collaborative responses for large opportunities, ensuring alignment with partners' capabilities and strategic goals.
- Build and nurture relationships with partner teams to enhance the co-bidding process and identify opportunities for joint go-to-market initiatives.
Strategic Proposal Management:
- Lead the development and management of large, high-profile proposals, working closely with sales, technical teams, and subject matter experts to craft compelling, compliant responses.
- Ensure seamless execution of the proposal lifecycle, from initial planning and RFI/RFP responses through final submission and post-submission follow-up.
- Optimize the use of tools like Salesforce and Loopio for managing proposal workflows, improving efficiency, and ensuring accurate tracking of all proposal-related activities.
Process Optimization & Tool Adoption:
- Continuously evaluate and refine the RFP management process, ensuring that Boomi's workflows are scalable and optimized for efficiency.
- Increase adoption of tools such as Loopio and Salesforce to streamline operations, drive collaboration, and enhance visibility into ongoing proposal activities.
- Develop training programs to increase user adoption and ensure that all stakeholders are proficient with the tools and systems in place.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work across sales, technical, and proposal teams to ensure alignment and coordination in delivering high-quality proposals and managing strategic initiatives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for escalation and coordination across global teams, ensuring clear communication and quick resolution of any challenges.
- Partner with leadership to set and track KPIs that measure the success of strategic initiatives, program management efforts, and proposal outcomes.
The Experience You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in program or project management, with a focus on sales operations, partner management, or proposal management.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional projects, working with global teams, and driving process improvements.
- Strong knowledge of tools like Salesforce, Monday.com, Confluence, and Snowflake
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a track record of success in managing complex, global initiatives
Bonus Points if you Have:
- Experience working in a high-growth technology company.
- PMP or Six Sigma certification is a plus.
- Familiarity with global partner ecosystems and joint go-to-market strategies.
- Prior experience managing resources in India or other offshore locations is advantageous.
Compensation and Benefits:
Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Base compensation for this position ranges from $164,000 to $204,000. This position is remote-friendly and, as such, final compensation will be determined by various factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.
