The Program Manager will act as a liaison between the onshore program management team and the offshore development team, ensuring seamless communication and effective requirement gathering. They will be responsible for understanding and conveying the program's vision, scope, and requirements to the development team, ensuring that delivered solutions meet stakeholders' expectations, including emerging AI agent capabilities and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interface with the onshore program management team to gather, clarify, and translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria, including specifications for AI agent development and deployment.

  • Prioritize the product backlog items based on the project's goals and stakeholders' expectations, balancing traditional integration needs with AI agent capabilities.

  • Facilitate sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings, ensuring clear communication and feedback loop between onshore and offshore teams.

  • Monitor project progress, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.

  • Provide feedback and suggestions for process and product improvements, particularly in areas of AI agent optimization and integration patterns.

  • Adhere to best practices developed by the Boomi Architecture and Development Team

  • Guide the development of agent architectures that align with Boomi's integration patterns and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

  • Proven experience as a Program Manager, Business Analyst, or in a similar role.

  • Strong understanding of Boomi Platform services including Integration, B2B/EDI Management, API Management, Master Data Hub, Flow, and Event Streams.

  • Working knowledge of Large Language Model (LLM) fundamentals, including prompt engineering, context windows, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) architectures.

  • Understanding of AI agent architectures, including orchestration patterns, state management, and integration with existing systems.

  • Experience with agent development frameworks and best practices for deploying AI capabilities within enterprise integration scenarios.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work in a cross-functional, multicultural environment.

  • Familiarity with evaluation metrics for AI agent performance and integration testing methodologies.
