Join us as a Partner Enablement Manager (part of the Alliances & Channels organization) - reporting to global Partner Enablement Leader, working the Channels & Alliances organization. Come do the best work of your career building an elite partner ecosystem.
What you’ll achieve
This role will be responsible for developing and delivering Sales & Technical enablement content & programs from across our Sales, Services, Success, & Marketing organizations and bring that expertise to bear driving amazing outcomes with our Partner Ecosystem.
The Partner Enablement Manager supports and executes against our strategic partner enablement vision. The successful candidate is an outstanding executor that thrives on challenge, excels is paving new roads, and adept at working cross functionally to achieve a common goal.
You will:
- Collaborate daily w/ the Partner Enablement leader and our regional partner leaders across Systems Integrators & ISVs to use the data tools and programs in your region to execute on our ecosystem development vision.
- Develop, implement, and review the key KPIs and metrics that are the lifeblood of our ecosystem growth plan.
- Develop partner recruitment and nurture strategies with Partner Marketing to drive consumption of our enablement offerings
- Collaborate with Sales Enablement to increase Boomi Sales Ambassadors and demand gen capabilities in the ecosystem.
- Work cross functionally with Training, Channel SCs, & Services to ensure our partners are delivery ready.
- Work with Customer Success to understand and drive customer adoption patterns with partners and how we can achieve greater outcomes together.

Essential Requirements
- 5+ yrs in software consulting and partner enablement
- Highly organized, with project management experience, with a bias toward automation and scale.
- Creative problem solver, leverage prior experience and logic to get us to the best, fastest, outcome possibleAn ability to drive and lead enablement workshops in-person and virtually
- Experience building and managing enablement plans with system integration partners
- Direct experience in software implementation
- Bachelor’s degree
Desirable Requirements
- Learning content development background
- Robust analytics and reporting skills
- Regional team leadership experience a plus
Compensation, Benefits, Reward and Recognition
Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The On Target Earnings (OTE) for this role are highly competitive (inclusive of bonus). Base compensation is determined by various factors including geographic location and the candidate's knowledge, skills, and experience.
