Location: Boomi Headquarters, Conshohocken, PA (Hybrid Option Available)

We are seeking a Junior Data Engineering Intern to assist our Data Management team in managing and maintaining our Operational Data Warehouse. This internship offers a fantastic opportunity for students enrolled in Information Technology, Data Engineering, or a related field of study to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the data engineering team to support various projects.
• Assist in the extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) of data from various sources.
• Develop and maintain ETL processes and schedules
• Update or add new data sources to our Data Mart
• Help alleviate tech debt within our data processes and procedures
• Explore and work with tools like DBT and Snowflake

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Information Technology, Data Engineering, or a related field.
• Working understanding of SQL and Python programming.
• Basic understanding of ETL processes and best practices.
• Familiarity with DBT or Snowflake is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• A passion for data and a desire to learn in a fast-paced environment.
