How you'll make an impact:

As a Global Customer Reference Advisor, you will be responsible for supporting our strategic, top-tier customer reference program - a critical piece of our sales and marketing strategy. You should possess strong direct engagement skills with field sellers and customer success, cross-function internal stakeholders, and most critically, key customers. The ideal candidate would be highly organized and capable of managing multiple, complex streams under tight deadlines to ensure program success. The successful candidate will be tasked with overall support of the Customer Reference Program, but will focus on developing testimonials for emerging product categories.

What you'll do:

  • Develop relationships with key internal and external resources related to program
  • Align with stakeholders to anticipate testimonials as they emerge
  • Own coordination of internal and external parties to drive production process (writers, videographers, admins, legal)
  • Collaborate on strategy for identifying target accounts for long-term development
  • Field requests for sales-related references (calls, materials, etc.)
  • Assist efforts in North America as well EMEA region
  • Maintain excellent records in CRM and other software tools

The Experience you bring:

  • Minimum 2+ years of direct management for customer reference marketing and/or a similar customer relationship development program
  • Minimum 2+ years of program or project management. Have simultaneously managed multiple high priority tasks or projects with competing deadlines, across various departments
  • Minimum 2+ years customer-facing experience initiating and fostering relationships with customers
  • Strong writing skills
  • Worked cross-functionally (especially with Sales, Success, Engineering and Support) in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience developing customer content with direct customer interface
  • Subject matter expertise (or strong familiarity) in SaaS services and technology solutions
  • Excellent writing and editing skills
  • Program and project management experience

Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base compensation for this position in Vancouver, B.C. ranges between 80,000 CAD - 110,000 CAD annually + applicable bonus. Final compensation will be determined by various factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, and experience.
