As an Enterprise Sales Development Representative Manager, you will be responsible for creating a high-energy culture with an emphasis on new pipelines within our Enterprise segment.
The SDR Manager will monitor KPIs and have a keen focus on coaching and developing their team. They will collaborate with Regional Directors in EMEA, and therefore they must have excellent communication and presentation skills and feel comfortable working in a team environment. They should also be able to lead and motivate the business development team to achieve specific goals.
Please also note that this is a hybrid office/remote role where you will work at least 3 days per week from our stunning Barcelona office; and 2 days from home.
Role Responsibilities
- Support the building and managing of Boomi’s Outbound Enterprise & Commercial teams in service of delivering a robust pipeline for the EMEA sales organization
- Meet and exceed new business pipeline development for our Inside and Field Sales teams by working with Marketing to:
- a) maximize lead conversion,
- b) optimize Boomi’s pipeline plays and
- c) continue and expand the focus on Target Account prospecting.
- Build an open communication environment for your team with deep connections with AEs and their managers
- Support with bi-weekly team meetings to review sales/pipeline generation results, discuss sales strategies and lead sales and product training sessions
- Conduct weekly goal-oriented rep coaching sessions to assess the capabilities, motivators, and aspirations of each team member and partner with them to fully develop their potential and future careers
- Develop and manage a wholistic training framework that develops core skills & competencies required for modern SDRs
- Build a collaborative, high-performance culture that is customer-obsessed
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and another European language are a plus
- 5+ years of management experience with an operational focus on Sales Development
- 8+ years of related sales experience in a quota-driven sales capacity
- Proven ability coach and mentor Sales Development reps
- Proven track record in outbound telemarketing and outbound play development
- Goal-oriented, team player, and self-starter who is highly motivated to succeed
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- Proficient with CRM tools – Salesforce.com & Sales Loft preferably
- Technology/ SaaS experience sales preferred
- Knowledge of solution and value-based selling techniques
- Knowledge of Sandler Selling/Hoffman skills is a plus
- BA/BS degree
