This role will be a critical to the success of Boomi’s GTM team, operating in a cross functional team, that is critically focused on supporting the people and processes that support our existing customers (Success, Support and Services). This role helps to protect and expand our baseline, which is critical to our 3 year growth plan, and requires focus, determination, and a collaborative effort to work across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Support and Channel, to ensure top notch execution of our programs, events and investments. As a Director of Revenue Operations, you will be responsible for empowering data driven decision making, analyzing, and providing a point of view on programs, execution and our next investment. You will work with each of the respective operations teams, Marketing, Channel, Sales, Customer Success, Services and Support and more.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop, implement, and review the key KPIs and metrics that are the lifeblood of our growth plan

  • Work cross functionally to project manage the launch of critical initiatives

  • Innovate news ways to improve yield on investment, and Go To Market (GTM) efficiency

  • Find areas for efficiency and scale

What you’ll need:

  • 7+ yrs Post Sales Operations experience (Success, Support, Services)

  • Highly organized, with project management experience, with a bias toward automation and scale

  • Systems and automation oriented (SFDC, Gainsight, FinancialForce, Case Mgt)

  • Creative problem solver, leverage prior experience and logic to get us to the best, fastest, outcome possible

  • Experience as a motivating People Leader

  • Bachelor’s degree

Bonus points if you have:

  • MBA

  • Global leadership experience

Compensation:
Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. On Target Earnings (OTE) ranges from $162,571 - $243,857 CAD annually. Final compensation will be determined by various factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.
