We are seeking a talented and experienced Analyst Relations Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. As an Analyst Relations Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to build and maintain positive relationships with industry analysts. You will play a crucial role in influencing analyst perceptions and driving awareness of our company's products, services, and market position.
What you'll do:
- Coordinate analyst briefings, inquiries, and meetings to ensure analysts are informed about our company's strategic initiatives, product launches, and market developments
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all analyst interactions, managing inquiries, requests for information, and research report reviews
- Monitor and analyze analyst research and reports to understand market trends, competitive positioning, and implications for our company
- Develop and implement comprehensive analyst relations programs to enhance the company's visibility and reputation among key industry analysts
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with analysts from leading research firms relevant to our industry
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including product management, marketing, and communications to align analyst relations activities with overall business objectives
- Plan and execute analyst events, such as briefings, conferences, and webinars, to educate analysts and gather insights that can inform our strategy
- Track and report on analyst interactions, coverage, and sentiment, providing regular updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and analyst firm methodologies to continuously improve our analyst relations strategies
The Experience you bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience (5-7 years) in analyst relations, public relations, or a related field within the technology (or relevant) industry
- Strong understanding of analyst relations principles, practices, and methodologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to analysts and internal stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with industry analysts and senior executives
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive analyst relations plans that align with business goals
- Experience organizing and managing analyst briefings, events, and other engagements
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret analyst research and reports to derive actionable insights
- Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within deadlines
- Proficiency in Gmail/Google office tools and familiarity with analyst relations tools and platforms (e.g., ARInsights, Gartner, Forrester)
- Ability to travel occasionally (10-20% of the time) as required
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience working with analyst firms such as Gartner, Forrester, and IDC
- Background in product marketing or corporate communications
- Familiarity with social media engagement strategies with analysts and influencers
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base compensation for this position in the US ranges between $119,000 - $160,000 annually + applicable bonus. This position is remote-friendly and, as such, final compensation will be determined by various factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.
