“VIE-USA-Analyste Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) H/F”

Le Volontariat International en Entreprise est un programme unique au monde sponsorisé par le Ministère français de l'Économie, des Finances et du Travail et qui permet à Airbus d'offrir à de jeunes professionnels la possibilité d'acquérir une expérience rémunérée et valorisante à l'étranger, dans un métier technique ou commercial.

Le programme VIE est un contrat spécifique, en vertu des critères d'éligibilité de Business France.

Principaux critères d'exigibilité du VIE :

• Être citoyen(ne) de l'Union Européenne (plus Norvège, Islande et Liechtenstein), et candidat(e) diplômé(e) âgé(e) de 28 ans maximum.

• Avoir accompli les obligations militaires de son pays.

Un poste sous contrat VIE Analyste Sustainable Aviation Fuel H/F est à pourvoir au sein d’Airbus Americas à Herndon, Etats-Unis.

Vous rejoindrez notre équipe d'innovation environnementale. Ce rôle offre une opportunité unique d'acquérir une expérience pratique dans le domaine en évolution rapide de la durabilité de l'aviation.

Missions et responsabilités :

L’équipe stratégie durabilité et transformation recherche un coordonnateur dynamique, organisé et créatif pour :

  • Analyser l'écosystème SAF et le marché Soutien à la stratégie régionale SAF Gestion des performances Responsabilités principales :

  • Analyse: Rechercher et analyser les tendances du marché SAF, les politiques gouvernementales et les références du secteur pour soutenir la stratégie SAF d'Airbus.

  • Identifier et évaluer les fournisseurs potentiels de SAF, les technologies et les opportunités de partenariat qui correspondent à nos objectifs de développement durable à long terme.

  • Collecter et analyser des données liées au SAF, notamment les capacités de production, les prix, les émissions du cycle de vie et les impacts environnementaux.

  • Générer régulièrement des rapports et des informations sur les performances du SAF et la réduction des émissions pour éclairer la stratégie et les communications environnementales d'Airbus.

  • Soutenir les projets de mise en œuvre du SAF en cours, surveiller les jalons et suivre les progrès par rapport aux KPI.

  • Soutenir les équipes internes en développant des présentations, du matériel de formation et des ressources pour informer les employés sur les avantages et la mise en œuvre du SAF.


Compétences requises

Vous avez les expériences et les compétences suivantes :

  • Minimum Licence (ou équivalent) en sciences de l'environnement, développement durable, génie chimique ou dans un domaine connexe.

  • Bon comportement entreprenant et forte autonomie Connaissance pratique de Google Suite

  • Bonnes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles, capables d'entretenir des relations solides.

  • Solides compétences organisationnelles.

  • Excellentes capacités d’analyse et de résolution de problèmes.

  • Expérience dans un environnement commercial à forte croissance, régional ou mondial.

  • Expérience en animation ou co-animation.

A VIE for a Sustainable Aviation Fuel Analyst M/F has arisen within Airbus Americas in Herndon, USA. You will join our environmental innovation team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the rapidly evolving field of aviation sustainability.

The strategy sustainability and transformation team is seeking a dynamic, organized, and creative coordinator for:

  • SAF ecosystem and Market analysis

  • Regional SAF Strategy support

  • Performance management

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks will include:

Analysis

  • Researching and analyzing SAF market trends, government policies, and industry benchmarks to support Airbus's SAF strategy.

  • Identifying and evaluating potential SAF suppliers, technologies, and partnership opportunities that align with our long-term sustainability goals.

Reporting

  • Collecting and analyzing SAF-related data, including production capacities, pricing, life cycle emissions, and environmental impacts.

  • Generating regular reports and insights on SAF performance and emissions reduction to inform Airbus's environmental strategy and communications.

Performance Management

  • Supporting ongoing SAF implementation projects, monitoring milestones, and tracking progress against KPIs.

  • Supporting internal teams by developing presentations, training materials, and resources to educate employees on SAF benefits and implementation.


Required skills

You have the following skills and experience:

  • Bachelor degree (or equivalent) in Environmental Science, Sustainable Development, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.

  • Good enterprising behavior and strong autonomy

  • Working knowledge of Google Suite

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships. Strong organizational skills.

  • Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities.

  • Experience in a high growth, regional or global business environment.

  • Experience in facilitating or co-facilitating.
