Test Load Master (Spain)

Job Description:

Vacancy for a Flight Test Crew (Test Load Master (TLM) has arisen within Airbus International Services in Sevilla, Spain.

The candidates must have NATO Restricted Clearance and the right to live and work in Spain.

The applicant must be comfortable with Teamwork and be ready for extended periods of work away from the home.

The successful applicant will join the Flight Test Department.

Tasks & Accountabilities:

• Verify and Operate AC systems during Acceptance (PATM, CAM and ISATM) and Development operations, both on ground and in flight acting as TLM.
• Support to Flight Test during development phases as TLM providing operational support to design
• Test Preparation, Execution, and Analysis as Loadmaster on Airbus Aircrafts.

Required skills:

• English advanced REQUIRED
• Flight experience (Above 2500 FH recommended) as LM
• EASA MEDICAL Cat 2 required; Cat 1 will be additionally valued
• Flight Test Experience in ADS perimeter acting as TLM above 500 FH.
• In flight and on ground LM instructor experience in C295 and A400M

The following skills will be also valued during the candidate evaluation:

• High Operational military experience as LM
• Experience in Aircraft development and production environment, with knowledge of all related processes.
• Engineering degree or equivalent military education.
• Experience preparing loads to be dropped acting as rigger.
• Functional Check Flight Experience
• Military Load Master Course
• A400M and C295 Experience acting as LM / FE
• A310, A330 and CN-235 Experience will also be valued
• Experience as Air refuelling operator or Air refuelling observer will be additionally valued.
• Spanish will be valuable
