Read more about your job as our Test Laboratory Trainee!
This is your chance to work with a complete E2E telecommunication system in the Test laboratory and participate as part of the laboratory teams located in Helsinki and Jyväskylä to integrate complex test configurations for Tetra system Integration and Verification needs. One position is opened in our Helsinki site and a second one in Jyväskylä site.
Your main tasks include participation in test laboratory activities, such as installations and maintenance of all the deployed systems, Virtual platforms and Linux based applications and IP routing.
In addition, you have the opportunity to develop and maintain automated tools ( python scripts ) needed for Test Network management.
The duration of this trainee period is until the end of 2025 and will start in March/April 2025. The position is full-time during June - August 2025 and part-time (at least 3 days a week) during other times.

Who do we see working in this trainee position?
Our trainee program is aimed at those currently pursuing their studies at university of applied sciences.
For this position, we hope that you have studied ICT and Infra or Networking related skills.
Success in this role will be supported if you have studied Telecommunication and IP Networking techniques.
If you have already familiarized yourself with virtualization (VMware), Windows, Linux, basic IP networking, servers and scripting languages, you'll have a great opportunity to utilize and deepen these skills with us.
