Job Profile
As part of Testia's commercial transformation, we are looking for an organized, proactive and resourceful person to manage the Business Development and Sales Operations for the Asia Pacific region and allocated territories, in order to support our objectives and our growth.
Under the responsibility of the Managing Director APAC and in coordination with the Head of Sales and Marketing of the Testia group, your main objectives will be :
Ensure the marketing of Testia’s products, solutions and training services through demonstrations, customer meetings and customer product training to include but not limited to: Senior management, technical operators, MRO, Maintenance Centers, Airlines, Training Centers, NDT Service Companies, Freelance Inspectors…
Respond to calls for tenders, and write the corresponding RFQ’s in support of the teams.
Write quotes for off-the-shelf products and manage the full sales process.
Participate in the internal deployment of products so that each employee is able to promote them.
Participate in the definition and apply the pricing policy, the offer of products and services, report any necessary market information: competition action, market price, user feedback, etc.
Define and propose, in support of the Management, the commercial actions to be carried out and ensure the follow-up of: prospecting for new customers, Key account management and direct sales.
Carry out defined promotional and prospecting actions and identify new development opportunities, create and lead technical-commercial programs, e.g. forums, exhibitions, business meetings.
Support team leaders in their local commercial actions.
Ensure the interface with the other Testia subsidiaries and participate in the Group's business development.
Participate in the definition of the need for corporate marketing materials (event signage, press, brochures, media, web content, CRM and social media) by relying on the communication/marketing teams and participate in the writing of these materials.
Provide a (monthly) dashboard of commercial actions.
To define business plans for key projects and built operational solutions with the support of your hierarchy.
To participate to the administration of the company on the commercial aspects.
To manage the link and business interactions with the local distributors of Testia Group in the Region.
Required Skills - Essential
Trained as an engineer or university degree, with dual technical/ business development, commercial or technical-commercial skills..
Knowledge of the Aerospace industry as well as other industries (Military, Automotive, Renewable etc) to aid Testia’s diversification program.
Ability to manage several projects in parallel while integrating priorities.
Dynamic, flexible, organized, rigorous, autonomous and proactive, you will also demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and good editorial skills.
Adapted to work in a growing innovative SME, with team spirit.
Required Skills - Desirable
Experience in Non-Destructive Testing technical sales and EN4179 NDT training.
A good knowledge of materials and mechanics.
A good knowledge of ERP and CRM systems.
