🔹 Participación en la gestión del talento y planificación de sucesión
🔹 Seguimiento de procesos de capacitación y desarrollo
🔹 Participación activa en iniciativas regionales y globales
🔹 Seguimiento de indicadores (KPI’s) y cumplimiento de certificaciones
🔹 Apoyo en la atracción e integración del mejor talento
🔹 Fortalecimiento de cultura organizacional y programas de reconocimiento

Trabajarás en estrecha colaboración con el equipo de Recursos Humanos a nivel regional 🌍
