An opportunity for an Assistant/Support to Management within Airbus San Pablo (Sevilla).

Jobholder is in charge of typical specific, general and/or transversal topics which need to be analyzed and prepared for decision making by the management about recurrent and operational / functional activities.

RESPONSABILITIES:

You will work closely with the Head of Manufacturing Engineering Air Power (TAOE).

Main activities and responsibilities are:

  • Manage agenda and mail: prioritizing, collecting information for decision making for the manager / team when appropriate; ensure proper presentations are ready.

  • Align all stakeholders prior to the meeting to make it effective; wrap-up and minute the meeting and ensure follow-up of Action Plans.

  • Define and anticipate needs when possible; organize/plan meetings; manage MoM (e.g. follow up communication, actions) and keep distribution lists updated

  • Handle logistics for events, weblives, etc. for the manager and TAOE team

  • Take in charge the cascade of internal and external information in the team; contribute to positive working relationships and act as facilitator within the team and with stakeholders.

  • Participate in strategic and transformation projects of the area: monitoring deployment of improvement / transformation roadmaps and reporting to the senior leadership team.

  • Manage project risk identification, assessment and review.

  • Leads and facilitates workshops on dedicated topics in complex situations

  • Provide guidance to functions on effective, local project management and governance within the department.
