Supply Chain Quality Manager, for Aerostructure Wing Movables, at Airbus regional office in Türkiye (Ankara)

Act as interface with suppliers for operational activities:
- Assess suppliers during tendering phase and contribute to the selection decision
- Manage/contribute to supply chain & quality aspects of the contract being responsible for On time, on Quality (and on Cost when applicable) performance.
- Manage supplier quality Approval ensure that suppliers are compliant with certifications required in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor or support new product introduction, ToW, changes, to ensure industrial qualification maturity before serial phase.
- Assess the Supplier capacity, capability & performance and contribute to the Supplier development.
- Identify the supplier industrial risks and propose mitigation actions.
- Work out short term recovery plans.
- Initiate and manage supplier performance improvement projects.
- Report on supplier operational performance.
Apply the current associated tools to manage all activities related to supplier management.

SCQM Accountabilities:
Strong collaboration with suppliers to ensure On Time and on Quality
deliveries in order to deliver parts to all customers (FALs and Plants).
Work in partnership with the suppliers to support their development
Ensuring compliance of suppliers and products to applicable requirements with all relevant contributors
Contributing to the Supply Chain voice in the MFT (Program, engineering,customer services, buyer…)
Your tasks:
Managing delivery recoveries / securing deliveries
Responsible for the surveillance of your supplier regarding process capability, product quality
Part of the supplier MFT and the supplier evaluation
Introduction and surveillance of Airbus Supplier standards (ASR, QAPs, etc.)
Handling of supplier disruptions like Events, SARIs and QSRs
Proactive supplier improvement due to supplier projects
Qualification of special processes on the supplier site.
Preferred qualification:
With a minimum 3-year degree in Engineering and/or Business school, you have at least 5 years of experience in manufacturing, quality, purchasing or supply chain
Stress resistance
Experience in metallic and composite assemblies
Experience in performance or efficiency improvement project
Project management
Supplier surveillance & quality methods
APQP knowledge
Good personal organization
Collaborative mind-set & stakeholder management skill
Assessor/Auditor skills would be a plus
Fluent English, German is a plus
ASR knowledge would be a plus
