As one of our good colleagues will be going on maternity leave in early 2025, we are offering a unique opportunity to join a truly international team within a market-leading company. The position will be time limited and expected to be filled until February 2026.
The position is located in Kastrup, Denmark.
What this job is …
As a Supply Chain Analyst, you plan and optimize material availability for Satair’s customers while maintaining a healthy inventory level, in accordance with Satair/AIRBUS objectives and strategies.
You will take ownership of one or multiple product lines and ensure operational and commercial performance. You will be working closely with many internal and external stakeholders as part of our collaborative Planning team. Our global team consists of approximately 70+ colleagues based in Europe, Asia, and the USA, of which 18 members are located in Copenhagen.
Your main areas of responsibility will be:
Forecast customer demand based on market information, inventory analysis, and consumption data
Maintain planning parameters based on demand forecasting and inventory management to meet set inventory budget targets
Maintain the global and regional stocking policies to ensure the availability of the right products at the right time, at the right place, in the right quantity
Prepare monthly internal and external KPI reports
Liaise with Product Managers, Supplier Performance Managers, and Supply Officers across the global Satair team
Collaborate with external Business Partners to jointly grow our business together and achieve common goals
How you will contribute to the team
You have a degree within the Supply Chain Management area or similar. You possess strong knowledge of MS Excel and preferably you also have experience with Google Workspace, SAP ERP system, and SAP IBP.
You have great analytical and coordination skills, as well as a solid commercial understanding – and you are business fluent in English.
Last but not least, you have a true team spirit and are able to interact with and relate well with individuals at all levels and functions.
