Dans votre rôle, vous devrez :

  • Exercer votre leadership dans le respect de la vision et des valeurs de l'entreprise;

  • Être capable de travailler sous pression et engager votre équipe pour respecter des délais stricts ;

  • Gérez les performances de votre équipe à l'aide de KPI;

  • Gérer la charge de travail et la performance individuelle des employés syndiqués ;

  • Assurer l'amélioration continue, notamment avec l'application du processus de résolution de problèmes;

  • Coacher votre équipe (15-25 employés) afin de développer leur talent dans l'organisation;

  • Identifier, documenter et normaliser les processus clés menant à l'atteinte des objectifs ;

  • Optimiser le partage des connaissances et des meilleures pratiques dans l'ensemble de l'organisation ;

En tant que candidat idéal,

  • Vous avez de l'expérience en gestion dans un milieu syndiqué, dans le domaine manufacturier (département de la qualité est un atout) ou l'industrie aérospatiale idéalement;

  • Vous avez d'excellentes compétences en gestion ;

  • Vous faites preuve de leadership, de jugement, de flexibilité et êtes capable de travailler avec un minimum de supervision ;

  • Vous êtes axé sur les résultats, capable de respecter des délais serrés et à l'aise pour travailler sous pression et vous avez le sens de l'urgence ;

  • Vous avez de solides compétences en communication;

  • Vous avez une bonne compréhension des principes du lean manufacturing et de l'amélioration continue;

  • Vous maîtrisez le français et l'anglais;

In your role, you will:

  • Exert your leadership while respecting the vision and values of the company;

  • Optimize the sharing of knowledge and best practices throughout the organization;

As our ideal candidate,

  • You have management experience in a unionized environment, in manufacturing (quality department is an asset) or aerospace industry ideally;

  • You have excellent management skills;

  • You show very strong leadership, judgment, flexibility, and are able to work with minimum supervision;

  • You are results oriented, able to meet tight deadlines and comfortable to work under pressure and you have a sense of urgency;

  • You have strong communication skills;

  • You have a good understanding of the principles of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement;

  • You are proficient in French and English;
