Une offre d’apprentissage intitulée «Stage en Contrats de Services (f/h) » vient de s'ouvrir au sein de la Division Airbus Avions Commerciaux sur son site de Toulouse- Blagnac.
Vous rejoindrez une équipe de 20 personnes au sein du département «Services Contracts Policies & Negotiation» en charge de la rédaction et du support à la négociation des contrats de vente de services avec les compagnies aériennes et les autres clients d’Airbus.
Ce stage d'une durée de 6 mois se déroulera d'avril à septembre 2024 (dates flexibles).
Tâches et responsabilités:
Votre tuteur/tutrice vous aidera à identifier vos objectifs professionnels et vous accompagnera dans le développement de vos compétences. Vos principales activités seront les suivantes:
Préparer les sessions de formation sur les contrats pour les clients internes (vendeurs etc.)
Revue de contrats, rédaction de clauses,
Tenir à jour les outils de travail collaboratif de l'équipe, où sont partagés contrats et autres documents communs;
Assister les Services Contracts Directors dans leurs activités quotidiennes
Votre carte d’embarquement :
Vous allez intégrer une formation de niveau Bac +5 en droit des affaires / droit de la propriété intellectuelle, pour un stage d’une durée de 6 mois.
Vous avez les connaissances et compétences suivantes :
Droit des affaires,
Droit de la propriété intellectuelle,
Goût pour le travail en équipe et capacité à s’adapter à tous types d’interlocuteurs,
Forte motivation pour apprendre, écouter et contribuer
Compétences linguistiques :
Anglais : niveau intermédiaire
Français : niveau intermédiaire

We offer an internship: « Internship in Services Contracts Director (f/m) » at Airbus Commercial Aircraft in France, in Toulouse- Blagnac
You will join the "Services Contracts Policies & Negotiation" department in charge of drafting templates of sales contracts and supporting the negotiation of contracts for the sales of all services of Airbus Commercial with customers all around the world. The contracts are in relation with the sale of services, such as pilot training, maintenance of aircraft, digital solutions to improve aircraft operations, consulting, sustainability services, engineering services, notably.
Your internship will consist in supporting the team of 20 Services Contracts Directors, by reviewing sales contracts, drafting clauses, working on on-line tools used by the team to properly manage the workload.
Ideally, this is a 6-month internship and it should start between March and May 2025 (date subject to flexibility).
Your tutor will support you identify your professional objectives and develop your skills.
You will contribute to the following:
Drafting of clauses
Supporting the update of the team on-line solutions, where contracts templates, presentations, awareness sessions are made available
Discussing with sales, marketing or other functions at Airbus to understand their needs and discover how a contract is designed and drafted
Preparing negotiation with customers
Your Boarding Pass:
You are preparing a diploma level Bac+5 in business law (or equivalent), and you will develop the following competences:
Reading and drafting international sales contracts
Preparing awareness session on contracts for sales teams
Discover and be part of sales campaigns
Teamwork in a multi-cultural environment
All activities are in English and you need to be able to draft and negotiate contracts in English and to speak English with colleagues.
