Une offre de stage intitulée « Stage (2025) Ingénierie des systèmes industriels (f/h) » vient de s'ouvrir au sein de Airbus Commercial sur son site de Saint-Martin (Toulouse). Vous rejoindrez le département “Systems Engineering Industrial Technical Authority”.

Le département Systems Engineering Industrial Technical Authority est chargé de définir, déployer et valider les activités d’ingénierie système et de MBSE (Model-Based Systems Engineering) pour le développement des systèmes industriels. Il assure la gestion opérationnelle et le respect des processus d’entreprise d'Airbus dans toutes les usines et FALs (Final Assembly Lines); pour garantir la conformité POA (Production Organization Approval) auprès de l'Autorité Européenne de l'Aviation (AESA).

Tâches et responsabilités:

  • Développer un modèle MBSE en context d'ingénierie concurrente pour le développement des systèmes industriels pour notre ligne d’assemblage finale d’avion monocouloir.

  • Faire une analyse de la valeur d'utilisation du nouveau modèle comparé à la façon de travailler actuelle avec les architects industriel.

  • Créer le matériel de formation/communication pour l’utilisation du model.

Idéalement, ce stage d’une durée de 6 mois commencera en Mars/Avril 2025. (la période est communiquée à titre indicatif, et pourra être revue).

Votre carte d’embarquement :

Vous préparez actuellement un diplôme de niveau Bac +5 (ou équivalent)? Vous possédez les compétences suivantes :

  • Ingénierie Systèmes (certification INCOSE et connaissances ISO 15288)

  • Connaissance des systèmes industriels et de l'ingénierie de fabrication

  • Connaissance des outils de l'ingénierie des systèmes, MBSE et Intelligence Artificielle

  • Connaissance BMS (Business Management System), ABP (Airbus Business Process)

  • Connaissance de la réglementation et des autorités aéronautiques

  • Esprit d'équipe,

  • Aptitudes à la communication et aux présentations synthétique, concises

  • Capacité à travailler sous pression


Compétences linguistiques :

  • Anglais : Négociation

  • Français : Courant

We offer an internship: «Systems Engineering, Model-Based Systems Engineering for industrial system in co-development context (m/f) » at Airbus Commercial in Saint-Martin (Toulouse). You will join the “Systems Engineering Industrial Technical Authority” department.

The “Systems Engineering Industrial Technical Authority” department is in charge of defining, deploying and validating Systems Engineering and MBSE (Model-Based Systems Engineering) activities in the frame of an industrial system development. It ensures Industrial Processes operational Management and adherence in all Plants and FALs (Final Assembly Lines); to guarantee POA (Production Organisation Approval) compliance to the European Aviation Authority (EASA).

Your internship will consist in:

  • Develop an MBSE model in co-development context for our final assembly line of our Single Aisle.

  • Perform a value analysis of the usage of the Model versus the actual way of working with Industrial architects.

  • Create training/communication material for model usage:

Ideally, this is a 6 Months internship starting in March/April 2025 (date subject to flexibility).

Your tutor will support you to identify your professional objectives and develop your skills. This internship will allow you to develop the following skills:

  • System Engineering

  • MBSE (Model-Based Systems Engineering)

  • Development of Industrial System

  • Co-development

Your Boarding Pass:

You are preparing for a diploma level Bac+5 (or equivalent)? You have the following competences:

  • Systems Engineering (INCOSE certification and ISO 15288 knowledge)

  • Knowledge of systems engineering tools, MBSE and Artificial Intelligence

  • Industrial system and Manufacturing Engineering knowledge

  • BMS (Business Management System), ABP (Airbus Business Process) knowledge

  • Knowledge of Aeronautics Regulations & Authorities

  • Team spirit

  • Efficient communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to work under pressure

Languages :

  • English : Negociation

  • French : Fluent
