Vous recherchez un stage de fin d’année ou intégré dans une année de césure vous permettant de valider votre diplôme? Nous vous proposons de travailler dans une entreprise leader mondial dans son domaine, tournée vers le digital, à la pointe de la recherche et de l’innovation!
Une offre de stage intitulée « Stage 2025 en Support numérique pour le soutien des opérations de vol (f/h) » vient de s'ouvrir au sein de Airbus sur son site de Blagnac.
Vous rejoindrez le département STL en charge du support aux Opérations Aériennes.
Votre stage consistera à développer une base de données et une interface web dans l'environnement Google (GSite).
Idéalement, ce stage d’une durée de 3-4 mois commencera en Janvier 2025
(la période est communiquée à titre indicatif, et pourra être revue).

Tâches et responsabilités:


Votre tuteur/tutrice vous aidera à identifier vos objectifs professionnels et vous accompagnera dans le développement de vos compétences. Vos principales activités seront les suivantes:
● Comprendre les besoins des Directeurs au support des Opérations Aériennes (FOSD) et des ingénieurs Opérations Aériennes (FOE)

● Identifier les différentes sources d'informations utilisées pas les FOSD
● Développer une base de données collectant ces informations
● Créer un site Google (GSite) intuitif lié à cette base de données qui extrait et affiche les informations nécessaires aux FOSD et aux FOE et qui permet à l'utilisateur d'ajouter des informations si besoin

Ce stage vous permettra notamment de développer les compétences suivantes:
● Approfondir vos connaissances dans le domaine du digital et du code
● Découvrir le monde du support client chez Airbus
● Découvrir le monde des Opérations Aériennes


Votre carte d’embarquement :


Vous préparez actuellement un diplôme de niveau Bac +2/+3/+4 (ou équivalent) dans le domaine du digital, du code ou une discipline apparentée? Vous possédez les compétences suivantes :
● développement IT, code
● esprit de synthèse, écoute

● esprit d'équipe et aimant apprendre
● rigueur et organisation
● Compétences linguistiques attendues :
Anglais : avancé / négociation
Français : élémentaire

As part of your initial training, you are looking for an internship of maximum 3 months.

An internship offer entitled "Digital Support for Flight Operations Support Directors (f/m)" has just opened within AIRBUS within its BLAGNAC site.

You will join a team of 9 people within the “Flight Operations Support” department in charge of the airline operational follow-up.

Your internship will consist in the development of a database and web interface in Google workspace environment (GSite). This will be useful for our Flight Operations Support Directors (FOSD) and Flight Operations Engineers (FOE) when they have interactions with the Airbus Operators.

This internship will start in January 2025 (date subject to flexibility) and will last 3 -4 months.

Duties and Responsibilities:

You will be under the responsibility of a tutor who will help you identify your professional objectives and support you in developing your skills.

In this context, your main activities will be:

- Understand the Flight Operations Support Directors (FOSD) and Flight Operations Engineers (FOE) needs in their daily jobs

- Identify the various sources of information handled by the FOSD community

- Develop a database collecting this information

- Create an intuitive Google site (GSite) interface linked to this database to extract and display the information needed by the Flight Ops community and allow the user to add additional data as required

This internship will allow you to develop the following skills:

- Improve your knowledge in digital and coding domain

- Discover the world of customer support within an aircraft manufacturer

- Deepen your knowledge of in the operations of Airbus aircraft

Skills & Prerequisites:

You are currently preparing a Bac +2/+3/+4 level diploma (or equivalent) in digital, coding or a related discipline.

You have the following skills:

Computer science, Digitalization, coding and IT development (technical skills)

Synthesis, reporting, listening (interpersonal skills)

Team spirit and a strong desire to learn

Rigorous and organized

Language skills :

Fluent English

French: optional
