Vous êtes à la recherche d'un stage ou d'une année de césure vous permettant de valider votre diplôme cette année ?

Nous souhaitons vous donner l'opportunité de travailler pour une entreprise leader mondial dans son domaine, axée sur la technologie numérique, à la pointe de la recherche et de l'innovation.

Nous proposons un stage : " Stage en Business Valeur Architecture (h/f) " chez Airbus Commercial Customer Services à Toulouse en France.

Vous rejoindrez le département " Airbus Digital Services Innovation " en charge de l’exploration et du développement des futurs services disruptifs.

Votre stage consistera à rejoindre le département innovation d'AIRBUS pour contribuer à l'évaluation commerciale et à la viabilité de nouvelles opportunités de services numériques, afin de transformer au sein d'AIRBUS les grandes idées en service rentable sur la durée.

Il s'agit d'un stage de 6 mois qui devrait débuter au cours du premier trimestre de l'année 2025 (date sujette à flexibilité).

Principales tâches et activités :

Votre tuteur vous soutiendra en identifiant vos objectifs professionnels et en développant vos compétences.

Vous pourrez contribuer à ce qui suit :

• Analyse du marché et de la concurrence

• Étudier les modèles commerciaux de référence

• Identifier les parties prenantes et les organisations standard des cibles

• Construire les indicateurs et les valeurs de références

• Contribuer au plan de communication associé

• Assurer une boucle de feedback régulière avec l'équipe d'innovation

Ce stage vous permettra de développer les compétences suivantes :

• Méthodologies d’innovation (Design Thinking)

• Connaissances techniques et commerciales dans le domaine de l'aérospatiale et du numérique

• Évaluation de la valeur commerciale d'une innovation disruptive

• Gestion des parties prenantes

• Gestion de projet et communication

Votre carte d'embarquement :

Vous préparez un diplôme de niveau Bac+5 en économie d'entreprise, business, innovation, gestion d'entreprise (ou équivalent), et vous développerez les compétences suivantes :

• Approche analytique, synthétique et organisée

• Esprit d'équipe et autonomie

• Compétences en matière de communication

• Leadership, proactivité, coordination et flexibilité

• Esprit centré sur le client

Compétences linguistiques :

Français : niveau intermédiaire

Anglais : niveau avancé

We offer an internship: « Business Value Architect Intern (m/f) » at Airbus Commercial Customer Services in Toulouse, France.

You will join the “Airbus Digital Services Innovation" department in charge of exploring and developing future disruptive services.

Your internship will consist of joining the innovation department of AIRBUS, and contributing to the business assessment and viability of new Digital services opportunities, in order to grow great ideas inside AIRBUS, into sustainable business streams.

This is a 6-month internship and it should start in the first quarter of year 2025 (date subject to flexibility).

Main tasks and activities:

Your tutor will support you by identifying your professional objectives and developing your skills.

You could contribute to the following:

• Analyzing market & competition

• Studying business models benchmark

• Identifying project stakeholders and standard target organizations

• Build indicators and figures of merit

• Contribute to the associated communication plan

• Ensuring a regular feedback loop with the innovation squad

This internship will allow you to develop the following skills:

• Innovation Methodologies (Design Thinking)

• Aerospace technical, Digital and business knowledge

• Business value assessment

• Stakeholder management

• Project Management and communication

Your Boarding Pass:

You are preparing for a diploma level Bac+5 in (or equivalent), and you will develop the following competences:

• Performing last year of Master’s degree in business economics, innovation, business management or equivalent

• Synthetic and organized approach

• Team spirit as well as autonomy

• Communication skills

• Leadership, proactivity, coordination and flexibility skills

• Customer-centric mindset

Language skills :

French : Intermediate level

English : Advanced level
