Job Objectives

The role navigates between the mid-long term business &amp; competence strategy and daily operations together with many stakeholders. Working with internal and external partners, the role is a key link between external jobs/skills/ market evolution and trends and the company competence actions. He/she ensures that operational plans are described and delivered according to needs. He/she is the “key glue” between HR functions.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Deliver the Business/function Resources Review to HR to build the Company strategy in terms of Recruiting and Development solutions
  • Ensures Recruiting plan for the Business/Function is delivered in a timely, efficient and compliant manner
  • Lead or Contribute to specific projects requiring development or acquisition of new competencies, new learning solutions, employment marketing campaigns (internal and external) and business transformation initiatives
  • Organise regular exchanges with HRBPs, Develop CoE and Operational Clusters, Academies and Finance to ensure the implementation of the Resource Review action, plan and adapt when needed in close collaboration with all relevant stakeholders
  • Report on HR metrics
  • Secure efficient HR services &amp; deliveries in compliance with local regulations, social processes and in line with the Airbus leadership model
  • Align with business stakeholders on HR priorities and drive the delivery of business HR plans in ensuring execution of functional and local campaigns.
  • Ensure recruitment needs based on staffing plan, resource review and onboarding process

Secondary Responsibilities

  • Support the creation of retention strategy for the organisation
  • Talent acquisition development design &amp; develop new solutions from Business needs, respecting our project management standards and commitments
  • Provide opportunity to streamline and digitalise the talent acquisition tools in perspective of performance and effectiveness and support the change and innovation initiatives within the organisation

Personal and Interpersonal Skills

  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills, assertiveness, project management, strong business acumen and agility to influence key stakeholders
  • Have an engaging personality capable of represent HR to Business Leaders with a consultative approach
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, writing and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment

Professional Skills

  • Degree in Business or HRM with at least 5 years HR experience in multinational environment
  • Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines ie recruitment, workforce planning, expatriates management and HR projects experience
  • Advanced skill in MS Office ie. MS Excel, MS Powerpoint &amp; MS Word and Google Workspace
  • Ability to build and develop effective cross-functional team work
  • English (business level), Japanese (native level)
