Job Objectives

  • Drive and improve performance within Logistics Organization ​

Job Responsibilities

  • Logistics Performance & Improvement Manager for the Warehouses in Singapore, Dubai and China

  • Drive performance management governance in our regional Logistics Organization in alignment with global operations & performance teams

  • Weekly and monthly performance & business reviews at regional and global level

  • Data analysis enabling data driven decision making

  • Lead improvement initiatives and root cause analysis with Warehouse teams and other stakeholders

  • Deploy LEAN / Airbus Operating System (AOS) initiatives in the Logistics Organization and foster a continuous improvement mindset

  • Lead Logistics efficiency initiatives to improve productivity and develop a Workload driver model for our shopfloor population to forecast Headcount demand and deploy it at global level

  • Support global Risk and Opportunity Management covering all Satair global Warehouse sites and feed Satair Operations R&O Register

Secondary Responsibilities

  • Contribute to Logistics Transformation Projects

  • Actively collaborate and contribute to the global AOS and Data and performance communities at Satair Level.

  • Contribute towards AOS Maturity Assessments.

  • Contribute to an End 2 End Logistics process review to ensure operational excellence.

  • Support budget reviews aligned with the company financial process

Job Requirements

  • University degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics or equivalent

  • Minimum 3-5 years working experience in a supply chain and logistics environment

  • Excellent English skills (both verbal and written)

  • Knowledge and experience in data analytics, data visualization, automation and problem solving skills

  • Good knowledge of Business Intelligence & IT systems

  • AOS knowledge specifically : Quality, Lean Fundamentals and Performance Management

  • Experience in Project Management

  • Can do attitude and proactiveness

  • Stakeholders Management skills across functions - ability to establish sustainable stakeholders networks and develop a positive and long-term relationship

  • Communication skills

  • Ability to work in an international environment & travel worldwide

  • Team Player - contribute towards a positive and inspiring working environment

  • Multifunctional and Intercultural understanding
