What the job is …

For our team in Copenhagen, as we are expecting a high growth in people in 2025, we are looking for someone to support us in facilitating this.

The position is temporary (ending 31 Dec 2025), but there is a possibility that it could be extended.

In this role, you will:

  • Be responsible for managing the success of hiring for our SATAIR organization in Copenhagen - in a fast paced environment where you will be an an important contributor to qualifying talent who will go on to deliver high-impact projects

  • Collaborate closely with managers, provide support and guidance to them in the selection and interview process, up to and including contract offer to the chosen candidate

  • Perform administrative tasks in relation to the recruitment process (such as finetuning and posting job ads, creating and issuing employment contracts, and in relation to employee onboarding)

  • Contribute to fostering SATAIR’s employer brand by interacting and meeting with many candidates every week, managing candidate experience and expectations, ensuring they are kept engaged and informed throughout the process

  • Provide ad hoc support to the rest of the People team

Together with your colleagues in the CPH People team, you will ensure that the organization is provided with the best and most professional support and positive experience when they drop into our office or reach out to us.

When you have been fully onboarded on your primary tasks, you may also be tasked to:

  • Participate in smaller local or global projects, depending on your skills and interests

How you will contribute to the team

Your educational background could be within HR, business administration or equivalent - but we are mostly interested in your experience with recruitment methods, tools, and processes.

We are looking for someone who possesses strong communication and influencing skills, and who has an ethical mindset and a good knowledge of GDPR in relation to recruitment.

Preferably, you have experience from an international environment - we have 4 nationalities in our small team of 5, and in SATAIR Copenhagen, we have more than 50 nationalities represented. It is a must that you are comfortable communicating in English (Danish proficiency is not a requirement for this role!)

It would be a very big advantage if you are certified in “The Predictive Index”, as this is the personality profiling tool we make use of in SATAIR Copenhagen (we use it to support the recruitment process, for personal development of individuals, as well as facilitating workshops in teams focusing on communication and collaboration).
