An opportunity for a Quality Line Site Support has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space, San Pablo (Sevilla).

RESPONSABILITIES:

- Ensure Product and Process Quality in FAL M&L works in the stations of his responsibility.
- Management and maintenance of the Quality Delegation in production personnel (ECM-QA and/or Profiles and Certificates).
- Coordinate, integrate, supervise the work of part of the team of Quality inspectors in FAL, to ensure that the Processes and Products within their work area meet the Quality requirements set for the Program. Also ensure the continuous training of the team to maintain the Quality standards.
- Operationally supervise and attest the compliance of the work and processes of the Production team of the stations of his responsibility to ensure that the Processes and Products within his area of responsibility meet the established Quality requirements.
- Participate in the Definition and coordination of Quality Policies and Procedures to be followed in FAL with respect to other areas of the Program (Design, Manufacturing Engineering, Materials Review Engineering, Systems Engineering, Test and Production).
- Management of the definition and assurance of the implementation of the inspection points of all stations of his FAL responsibility.
- Management of product delivery to the customer, according to Airbus D&S values.

- Ensure implementation of Quality System, Customer Quality Plans, in addition to applying the company's Quality and Management policies.
- Participate in the Delivery of aircraft between stations, and to Flight line when necessary, with the required levels of Quality, within the Cost (Quality and Non-Quality) and Deadline objectives. And coordinate with the MFT the correct application of the Quality criteria, to produce a product that meets the established requirements.
- Will be responsible for presenting the aircraft to the customer during the delivery process, identify NC that the aircraft present and are evidenced and will lead and give response of these points to the customer in a timely manner.
- Elaboration and management of Memorandums in transfers of aircraft POA (Production) to DOA (Design), and participate in the transfer meetings on behalf of the Quality function.
- Participate representing FAL Quality in Program, Production, Subcontracting and Subcontractor reviews.
- Interface with Civilian or Military Authorities, when required, coordinating all matters related to Quality of the stations of his responsibility.
-Acceptance as Quality of the area, of the deliverables coming from the suppliers, assuring that these arrive with the required Quality levels.

-Perform reception inspection and control of work pending from Subcontractors/Suppliers.
- Opening, recording, management, follow-up and taking of RP2 disposition according to MP22501 of the Nonconformities found in the sections as well as Discrepancy Reports for Nonconformities whose origin is external.
- Ensure the implementation of the inspection points of the FAL stations or platforms of his responsibility.
- Coordination, data collection and leadership in Operational Gates, both internal (inter-station) and FAL to LV.
- Oversight and monitoring of Indicators and establishing and developing improvement opportunities.
- Participate and lead continuous improvement projects in the Quality area.
- Participate and lead digital projects in the Quality area.
- Performing, coordinating, and following up operational supervisions.
- Participate in daily follow-up meetings established.
- Attending the conformity of the works performed in the stations of his responsibility.

SKILLS:

We're seeking dynamic candidates with a Degree in Engineering (aerospace engineering preferred), experience in Quality topics. Fluency in English and Spanish is essential.
