Responsibilities - your mission:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Communication and Prevention Specialist to join our team in the aviation sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing both internal and external communication within our department, increasing the department's visibility within the company, and fostering a strong culture of prevention. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, a passion for preventive measures, and the ability to create and manage engaging content.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Communication:
Develop and implement a communication strategy to enhance the department’s visibility both internally and externally.
Create and manage content for our department’s G Site (Google Site), ensuring it is engaging and up-to-date.
Prepare and curate content for the department’s intranet, ensuring alignment with the overall corporate communication strategy.
Craft newsletters, articles, and other communication materials (e.g. Slides or Posters) to highlight the department's activities, achievements, and updates.
Organize and coordinate internal events, meetings, and presentations to promote departmental initiatives.
2. Prevention:
Promote and strengthen the prevention mindset within the company.
Develop and deliver training sessions and workshops on prevention-related topics.
Identify and analyze potential areas for improvement in preventive measures within the company, including in the production processes.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of prevention initiatives, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
3. On-Site Engagement:
Regularly visit our production facilities and interact with blue-collar workers and other key stakeholders.
Gather relevant content and insights from these interactions to develop and share within the company.
Ensure that the voices and experiences of on-site employees are accurately represented and communicated across the organization.

Requirements - our ideal candidate will have:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Safety Management, Quality or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a communication or prevention role, preferably within the aviation industry.
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful communication strategies.
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
Proficiency in using content management systems and intranet platforms.
Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
Knowledge of safety and prevention practices within an industrial or manufacturing setting.
Business fluent English (German also very desirable)
Experience in MS Office and G Suite
Accurate work ethic
