Responsibilities:

  • Support and carry out manufacturing, component/system assembly and aircraft maintenance inspections in order to ensure compliance with the pre-established definition, recording any non-conformity detected in the supporting documents, requesting support from the PL or SR Inspector when necessary.

  • Know the applicable civil aviation regulations, directives, approved technical data and inspection techniques to apply in routine activities and define the conformity condition of the product/service being assessed.

  • Carrying out documentary and physical inspections during receipt of the aircraft, as well as in the delivery process, ensuring that the activities defined have been carried out and recorded correctly and are in accordance with specifications, in order to ensure the quality and safety of the product/service.

  • Supporting the analysis and execution of airworthiness directives, service bulletins, CBE and QIR by carrying out the associated inspections to substantiate compliance and the issuing of appropriate records.

  • Identifying and pointing out to their manager opportunities for improvement or innovation in their sector/ working on technological research and development activities related to their area of activity.

Requirements:

  • Complete technical education in MMA required.

  • Complete technical education in Mechanics and/or Electrical required.

  • Previous practical experience in aircraft manufacturing or maintenance.

  • Experience of the German Airbus Helicopters range is a plus.

  • Experience of the French Airbus Helicopters range would be a plus.

  • CHT in CEL.

  • CHT in GMP and/or AVI would be a plus.

  • Fluent communication skills in Portuguese (verbal, writing and reading).

  • Basic English.

Responsabilidades:

  • Apoiar e executar as inspeções de fabricação, montagem de componentes/ sistemas e de manutenção de aeronaves, de forma a garantir a conformidade com a definição preestabelecida, registrando toda não conformidade detectada nos documentos de suporte, solicitando apoio ao Inspetor PL ou SR, quando necessário.

  • Conhecer a regulamentação de aviação civil aplicável, diretivas, dados técnicos aprovados e técnicas de inspeção para aplicar na rotina das atividades e definir a condição de conformidade do produto/ serviço avaliado.

  • Atuar na inspeção documental e física durante o recebimento da aeronave, bem como no processo de entrega, garantindo que as atividades definidas foram executadas e registradas corretamente e estão conforme especificações, de modo a assegurar a qualidade e segurança do produto/ serviço.

  • .Apoiar na análise e execução das diretrizes de aeronavegabilidade, boletins de serviços, CBE e QIR realizando as inspeções associadas para substanciar a conformidade e a emissão dos registros adequados.

  • Identificar e sinalizar ao seu gestor oportunidades de melhoria ou inovação em seu setor/ atuar em atividades de pesquisa tecnológica e desenvolvimento de inovação tecnológica relacionadas à sua área de atuação.

Requisitos:

  • Obrigatório ensino técnico completo em MMA.

  • Obrigatório ensino técnico em Mecânico e/ou Elétrica.

  • Prévia experiência prática nas atividades de fabricação ou manutenção de aeronaves.

  • Será um diferencial experiência na linha alemã da Airbus Helicopters.

  • Será um diferencial experiência da linha francesa da Airbus Helicopters.

  • CHT em CEL.

  • Será um diferencial CHT em GMP e/ou AVI.

  • Fluência na comunicação em português (verbal, escrita e leitura).

  • Inglês básico.
