Responsibilities:

  • Accompanying the delivery of services/parts to the customer, carrying out the procedures involved in issuing service invoices.
  • Follow up on installment payments due on sales with the Finance department.
  • Managing the leasing and replacement of components carried out on clients' aircraft with third-party service contracts, calculating costs and issuing invoices for payment.
  • Managing aircraft maintenance and component sales contracts.
  • Analyze work in progress (WIP), taking into account the status of OS's for monitoring by Helibras and information to the customer.
  • Create general sales conditions for maintenance services.
  • Assisting in the training and development process of personnel with less experience in the area, providing technical, operational and practical instruction and/or guidance, in support of their manager.
  • Consult computerized systems to ascertain the need to acquire material in stock to meet sales requirements and issue purchase orders.
  • Coordinating the creation of quotations for sales of services, repairs, parts and equipment based on internal procedures, monitoring the progress of work orders. Identifying and signaling to their manager opportunities for improvement or innovation in their sector, working on technological research activities and the development of technological innovation related to their area of work.

Requirements:

  • Full university degree in Engineering, Administration, Economics, Marketing or related areas.
  • Solid experience in the role.
  • Ability to manage contracts.
  • Knowledge of SAP desirable.
  • Fluent communication skills in Portuguese (verbal, writing and reading).
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Spanish and/or French desirable.

Responsabilidades:

  • Acompanhar a entrega de serviços/ peças ao cliente, executando os trâmites envolvidos na emissão de faturas de serviço.
  • Acompanhar os pagamentos de parcelas devidas nas vendas junto à área Financeira.
  • Administrar as locações e trocas de componentes realizadas em aeronaves de clientes com contratação de serviços com terceiros, apurando custos e emitindo faturas para pagamento.
  • Administrar contratos de manutenção de aeronaves e venda de componentes.
  • Analisar os trabalhos em andamento (WIP), considerando a situação das OS´s para acompanhamento da Helibras e informações ao cliente.
  • Atuar na criação de condições gerais de vendas de serviços de manutenção.
  • Auxiliar no processo de formação e desenvolvimento do pessoal com menor experiência da área, transmitindo ensinamento e ou orientação técnica, operacional e prática, em apoio ao seu gestor.
  • Consultar sistemas informatizados para apurar necessidade de aquisição de material em estoque para atender à venda e emitir pedido de compra.
  • Coordenar a criação de orçamentos para vendas de serviços, reparos de peças, peças e equipamentos com base nos procedimentos internos, acompanhando o andamento de Ordens de Serviço. Identificar e sinalizar ao seu gestor oportunidades de melhoria ou inovação em seu setor, atuar em atividades de pesquisa tecnológica e desenvolvimento de inovação tecnológica relacionadas à sua área de atuação.

Requisitos:

  • Ensino superior completo em Engenharia, Administração, Economia, Marketing ou áreas afins.
  • Sólida experiência na função.
  • Capacidade de gerenciamento de contratos.
  • Desejável conhecimento do SAP.
  • Fluência na comunicação em português (verbal, escrita e leitura).
  • Proficiência em inglês.
  • Desejável espanhol e/ou francês.
