What the job is …
We are a team of 10+ responsible to drive our logistics process design and digital solutions in order to enable our ecosystem to run smoothly and deliver parts to the aviation market right in time.
Our team is located in Hamburg, Copenhagen, Washington and Singapore.
You will be located in Copenhagen and we live a mix of onsite (minimum 60%) and home office (up to 40%).
Your responsibility areas would be
Develop and drive our journey towards the deployment of a new warehouse management solution (SAP EWM) as business process professional with project management skills Act as process owner delegate on warehousing, shipping and transport and closely work with the logistics and E2E community providing global guidance
Design and keep global processes up-to-date and understood in collaboration with our operations teams
Actively facilitate the process specialists communities
For this position, there might be a few but limited travels per year in Europe or to one of our warehouses based in the US or in Asia, depending on topic need and considering your interests.
How you will contribute to the team
You need to bring a process management mindset, performing fit/gap analysis.
Preferably, you have logistics expertise and experience (8+ years) (warehousing, shipping, transport), SAP WM/EWM expertise (requirements management, solution design, testing, knowing the standards), and experience in the introduction of a new WMS to a warehouse.
Aviation specific knowledge is beneficial but not mandatory.
Your academic backgrounds may be in Logistics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or similar.
The ideal candidate adds project management skills.
Due to the international environment, an excellent command of both written and spoken English is required.
