AH Information Management is looking for a dynamic, skilled and motivated Network Solutions Architect H/F who is ready to face any challenge, based in Marignane, France.

You will be part of the Connectivity PSL (Product & Service Line) which is in charge of designing, building and operating the network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, Wireless, Network Security, Internet Access, Load Balancing) of the company.

Your challenges:

The tasks for the Network Architect include, while not limited to:

● Design network architectures following Airbus Helicopters business requirements

● Define standard solutions compliant with Airbus security requirements

● Ensure a permanent technology watch to anticipate network evolutions

● Be part of the solutions build and ensure that they correspond to the specifications

● Lead subcontractors during design and/or build phases

● Provide expertise in troubleshooting to operational teams

● Ensure continuous improvement of network stability and performance

● Exchange and collaborate with Airbus teams on group wide projects

● Align with other AH architects when needed

Your profile:

Technical

● At least 7 years of experience as a Network Engineer designing and implementing enterprise level

networking equipment and security design.

● Deep knowledge of Cisco LAN, WAN, Wireless and Datacenter solutions. SDA & ACI would be

appreciated

● Good knowledge of Checkpoint, Palo Alto, Stormshield and Ciso ASA firewalls

● Understanding of IT services (Active Directory, SCCM, IAM, ..) and Virtualization technologies

(vmWare and Microsoft Hyper-V)

● Good understanding of monitoring & logging tools along with the underlying principles

● Knowledge of configuration management, orchestration and automation

● Solid experience as an architect in implementing large scale network solutions

Transversal skills

● Strong ability to think creatively, to accept change and seek continuous improvement

● High level of drive, enthusiasm and focus on the achievement of goals.

● Good interpersonal skills, particularly in communication and contribution to team motivation and

problem solving

● Proven people management skills

● Ability to absorb and convey technical information and communicate effectively at all levels to both

technical and non-technical audiences

● Ability to assess, evaluate and prioritise activities / topics particularly when under time pressure

● Ability to produce clear and concise written operating procedures and documentation

● Ability to work on own initiative and supervise others

● Ability to support projects from inception to conclusion

● Good communication, facilitation and listening skills

● Experience in project methodologies (Waterfall & Agile)

Language skills

Fluency in French and English is essential (oral and written expertise)

Experience in German and / or Spanish would be a plus

Ability to get national/military clearance (NATO, Confidentiel/Secret Défense)

Some travels might be required
