An opportunity for an Ergonomist for Manufacturing Engineering has arisen within Airbus, Illescas (Toledo).
The selected candidate will join the Manufacturing Engineering Team. The Manufacturing Engineering team guarantees current production processes and defines the future processes, tools and production means.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for the ergonomist analysis across all the Manufacturing Engineering projects for the current and future programs developed at Illescas plant.
Specific framework and activities:
Understand Industrial Strategy and future evolutions
Provide suited work situations recommendations to put operators in ability to perform quality in one shot
Adapt Ergonomy recommendation to the industrial strategy to build realistic ergonomy action plans and validates it with Plant Manager
Contributes to definition of specs, call for tenders, and subcontractor piloting in the frame of Ergonomics related outsourced work packages on the specific site.
Ensure with jigs and machine specifications for purchasing and the selected suppliers that ergonomics is taken into account
Ensure ergonomics tactical Implementation plan for the location is in place & maintained up to date
Direct interface with human factor strategy and Manufacturing engineering central organization for the transnational strategy in ergonomics
Ensure the link with local health & Safety department on Ergonomics matters
Be ready to support specific ergonomic actions/taskforces on other transnational locations.
It is mandatory previous experience in EMMA procedure analysis and reports.

SKILLS
Education:
Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree or a related discipline.
Experience:
At least 5 years working as an Ergonomist in a manufacturing processes
Soft skills:
High adaptability to work on new topics, new business and in a networking mode.
Languages:
Advanced level in English.
Valuable / Nice to have:

Being proactive.
Motivated for technical and field work.
Willingness to learn.
