Logistics Contract Manager Support (Temp Agency)

Job Description:

An opportunity for a Logistics Contract Manager Support has arisen within Airbus Operations, Getafe (Madrid).

The selected candidate will join the Logistics Service Manager

RESPONSABILITIES

Ensuring performance management and improvement control of logistics activities.
- Implementing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) (related to performance, cost, quality, and the environment).
- Ensuring the application of Airbus solutions, processes, standards, and policies in logistics activities.
- Managing problem resolution with a quick and simple alert and escalation process.
- Proposing and managing local improvement initiatives (non-disruptive to general company processes or implementable in the short term), sharing experiences and best practices through the network of logistics service managers.
- Contributing to the optimization of end-to-end solutions and the logistics footprint.
- Ensuring that standard distribution resources are of the appropriate quality and quantity.
- Contributing to the evolution of infrastructure and the management of logistics footprints.
- Evaluating the logistics impacts of short- and medium-term planning changes.

SKILLS

- Education: Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree or a related discipline.
- Experience: At least 3 years in the area
- Soft skills: High adaptability to work on new topics, new business and in a networking mode.
- Languages: Advanced level in English.
- Technical knowledge: SAP, Office
