Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Support Daily operations of the ATO (Approved Training Organization) as support to Accountable Manager

  • Delivers for ORA Compliance Management Review the analysis, adaptation and integration of any new training requirements (internal and external) related to his area of scope

  • Support to Head of Training for tasks such as update and create Operations Manual, Training Manual and Syllabi, securing aptitude of training and releasing the training certificates

  • Support to Chief Flight Instructor on making crew planning, execution preparation of practical training instruction and supervision of training progress

  • Preparation for the development of new training programs and/or the update of existing programs and ensuring their compliance

Your qualifications:

  • Completed, preferably technical, degree (Bachelor)

  • Additional related, extensive, subject-specific additional qualifications (e.g. Auditor, Black Belt, Certifying Staff CAT C)

  • Many years of experience in working with flying personnel as well as experience in training flying personnel

  • Training school experience

  • Flight experience appreciated

  • Knowledge on ORA regulations

  • Many years of experience in Project Management

  • Many years of experience in Quality Management

  • Experience in compliance management and organizational/process management is an advantage

  • Customer oriented and team spirit

  • Language skills: Fluent in English and German
