IT Sustainability Integrator

We are looking for IT Sustainability Integrator to become part of the Airbus Defence and Space Romania team.

Areas of impact: IT Sustainability

Key Activities:

  • Help to set up and operationalize a Digital Sustainability strategy among Digital business units;

  • Help the business to introduce Digital Sustainability into services and products delivered to our customers;

  • Acts as leader when related to large & complex sustainability solution crossing IT domains (CSRD, eIODA, DiSP);

  • Contribute for the development and follow up 2024-2030 IT Sustainability Roadmap;

  • Supporting business in Pre-Study / Exploration on IT solutions with sustainability requirements;

  • Include environmental and societal sustainable criteria for call for tenders requirements

  • Contribute to the supplier’s selection process and their evaluation

  • Be a reference concerning last developments/solutions on IT Sustainability (e.g. ecodesign, LCA, labels, etc)

  • Help on the integration of sustainability criteria in project management

  • Help on the integration of sustainability criteria in digital services

  • Centralize data as inputs for benchmark and present results

  • Be able to create and update dashboard to report digital sustainability metrics

  • Contributing to various deliveries including Business Requirement definition, Data classification process and Sustainability assessment

  • Map relevant stakeholders

  • Lead working groups on the topic.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Supporting activities related to IT Sustainability roadmap​

  • Communication last developments inside AD

  • Introducing relevant developments on the topic inside AD

  • Working on the ecodesing referential introduction at AD level

  • Identify and design improvement per domain to decrease the environmental and social impact of digital services and products

  • Communicating transparently on the topic and define follow up metrics

Required skills:

  • 1-3 Yrs of Experience as a Domain, Enterprise or System Architect or good understanding of IT infrastructure integration

  • Good communication skills (interpersonal and to audience)

  • A good knowledge of Airbus infrastructure and Security process would be very much appreciated

  • A good knowledge of following functional domains : EHS (Environment, Health and Safety), Social Responsibility would be very much appreciated

  • Knowledge on IT sustainability would be a plus

  • Ability to propose improvement & innovation,

  • Language skills : English, negotiation level, other languages are a plus

  • Knowledge of Sustainability frameworks are a plus
