This role provides hands-on experience in logistics operations, including procurement, inventory management, shipping, and supply chain coordination.
Responsibilities:
Cross-functional Collaboration with SSM, CSM, planning team, engineer and finance
Manage shipping documents.
Track PO and invoice of spare part, consumable ordering.
Support of incoming spare parts, consumable products and tools inspection
Input/ record accurate data in WMS
Verify that the necessary certificates are provided and documented for spare part, component or consumable products received to comply with airworthiness regulation
Suuport inventory management process, ensuring accurate stock records and performing cycle counts / inventory count
Identify opportunities to optimize logistics process and improve efficiency
Co-ordinate with concerned party for all import & export shipment
Summarize expense cost for import & export shipment
Issue purchase orders, repair orders to supplier /vendors
Prepare monthly logistics reports to finance
Required Skills/Experience:
Interest in Aviation Industry, Supply chain & Logistics
Positive attitude, willing to learn and adapt
Prior internship or experience in logistics or supply chain (preferred but not required)
Basic understanding of import/export regulations and Incoterms
Knowledge of logistics software or logistics function
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
