Job Description:

  • Program Management: Oversee the full automation lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
  • Technology Enablement: Evaluate and implement appropriate automation technologies (RPA, AI/ML, BPM) to support GBS objectives.


Requirements

  • 5 - 15 years of experience in process automation, RPA development, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering automation projects.
  • Proficiency in RPA platform (e.g., UiPath)
  • Experience with process mining tools (e.g., Celonis, Signavio)
  • Knowledge of workflow automation/BPM tools (e.g. ServiceNow) is a plus.
  • Experience with low code / no code
  • Basic programming skills (e.g., Python) are beneficial.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to delegate, drive performance and inspire team members while creating a positive and productive work environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to learn and grow into a leadership role, developing the skills needed to effectively manage, support and inspire a team
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to deliver multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting challenging deadlines.
  • Positive, collaborative and solution-oriented attitude
  • Robust analytical and critical thinking capabilities with strong process orientation and effective decision making skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Leadership skills to motivate, coach and develop teams with different backgrounds.
  • Energetic and assertive, collaborative, resilient and motivated by challenges
  • English mandatory (fluency in other languages will be a plus, e.g. French, German, Spanish)
  • Preference for experience in a Consulting firm or GBS context
  • Knowledgeable in Business Process Reengineering / Lean Methods (e.g. Six Sigma, Agile, Value Stream Mapping, Scrum or another of equal value)
  • Knowledge of Finance (R2R, P2P and O2C), Procurement and HR Services (H2R, T2R) processes and ability to manage transition projects in these areas.
