As the Head of Airbus Helicopter Finance Transformation and Systems you will have the mission to “Turn our ambitions into reality”. Reporting directly to the Head of the Airbus Group Finance Transformation and in dotted line to Airbus Helicopter EVP Finance, you will work with the Finance Management Board of the division to continuously evolve the strategy of the Finance function and drive the implementation of our Vision and Mission in relation with Airbus Group. A strong focus lies on our digital process transformation. You will be directly accountable for the digital ambition for our Finance processes and evolving the organization design to adapt to new ways of working with digital tools.

The position requires a strong focus on the provisioning of new digital capabilities - in close collaboration with your partners in IM - to continuously improve our levels of efficiency, adapting to new ways of working in the division and preparing for the future. Ensuring a solid digital foundation in all our entities is also part of your mission (ERP standards to ensure financial and compliance standards can be ensured), as well as driving advanced modern reporting and planning solutions. In context of digitalization, you will contribute to or manage all projects which impact financial systems.

You will be contributing to the evolution of the Finance strategy, driving the necessary organization design and digital transformation to shape our Finance function of the future.

Close collaboration with IT, our main country (SP, GE, FR), Customer Centers (worldwide) representatives is mandatory.

Your Role

Using your expertise, you will be responsible to:

  • Lead a team located in Marignane and Donauworth of finance process and finance systems experts, attract and retain talents (14 positions)

  • Shape and implement the Transformation strategy to turn the Finance function Vision and mission into reality

  • Drive Change Management in the function

  • Act as advisor in our senior leadership team on digital transformation and be the change agent to support in their change journey with their respective organizations

  • Manage the global Finance project portfolio and related budget for all change and digital matters

  • Be a partner with other functions to jointly elevate the transformation efforts of the company (e.g. collaboration with the new ERP Program team etc.).

  • Drive the new SAP S4HANA implementation for Finance in our main countries and Customer Centers and the related BW adaptations.

  • Cultivate and promote a culture of innovation and continuously adopt best practices and solutions

What you need to make real what matters

  • Leadership and social competencies

  • Proficient in English command

  • Excellent influencing skills to be able to lead in a matrix and drive our Transformation change management efforts across the whole Finance function and teaming up with many other parts of the organization

  • Work experiences in international environment and business experiences in various regions, ideally in large complex organizations or consulting firms

  • Knowledge about Finance (Accounting, Controlling, Treasury, Tax), Compliance and Audit Business Processes

  • In-depth Experience in Digital and ERP/SAP, ideally leading multiple large scale projects of ERP implementations and other related Finance, Supply Chain or Manufacturing systems/digital solutions (Reporting & Planning, applied AI, data-hub, etc.)

  • Experience in leading Digital teams, managing project-portfolios, running many projects in parallel

  • This position requires being present at least 4 days per week in Marignane
